Alejandra is a proactive, responsible and motivated anthropologist, with leadership and teamwork skills. She has a vocation for service, and is optimistic, curious and flexible. Alejandra is interested in social projects with impact on gender, intersectionality, protection of human rights, equity, diversity, development and social justice, committed to humanitarian work. She has experience in community development projects, qualitative and quantitative research, volunteering, conducting ethnographies, program and project management, conflict resolution, team management, recreational activities with children and adolescents, participatory pedagogies, field work. She is a person with adaptability, assertive communication, and interpersonal sensitivity. She is optimistic and sociable, and is committed to the importance of building horizontal, reciprocal, and empowering relationships through collective care in order to generate profound changes in society.
