Hernando has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Los Andes. He has experience as a research assistant in Los Andes’ Laboratory of Clinical Psychology, Laboratory of Cognitive Psychology and most recently, as a research assistant for HEARD’s joint project between Los Andes and Heartland Alliance International. His duties in each role have included logistics’ management, draft framework proposals, state of the art revisions, and participant evaluations. His personal interests include clinical psychology and idiographic studies focusing on active change components and dissemination studies. Hernando is knowledgeable in anxiety and mood disorders.
