MHPSS Regional Technical Advisor for Asia, Action contre la Faim

Laetitia Clouin is a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) in humanitarian assistance. She has worked at both field and headquarter levels with various INGOs. Along her course, she had the opportunity to participate to the development of global reference tools in MHPSS, such as the ‘Psychological First-Aid Manual’, or the ‘Minimum Service Package’ proposed by the WHO.  For ACF, she wrote the ‘Mental Health and Care Practices policy’ in 2009, and the ‘position paper on the integration of Mental Health & Psychosocial Support and Protection into the Health sector’ in 2020. She currently works as the Regional Technical Advisor for the Asia region for ACF.
