Lena Skovgaard Andersen, PhD

Postdoctoral Fellow, University of Copenhagen Department of Public Health

Lena is a clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based psychological treatments, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy. Her research to date has focused on culturally adapting evidence-based treatments for common mental disorders in people living with HIV (PLWH) in South Africa. Her clinical and research interests are in developing and scaling evidence-based psychological treatments for comorbid mental disorders and chronic illness in resource-constrained settings globally.
